Defective Items[top]
Please notify us of any defects within 30 days of delivery of your items. After that, please contact the manufacturer directly for information on what warranty may apply. We can provide additional assistance in working with the manufacturer to get your problem resolved. Kids N Cribs will follow the manufacturers recommendation when dealing with any product defects.
Damaged Items[top]
Please notify us immediately of any damage to items during the trip from our home to yours. Do NOT contact the shipping service ( UPS, FEDEX, or Freight Carrier ) in regards to the damage. Kids N Cribs will handle all damage claims in order to seamlessly resolve the situation. Failure to follow this process will result in a longer turnaround time on replacement items and possible denial of the damage claim.
Price Match Guarantee[top]
We at Kids N Cribs always try to offer our customers the best prices possible. In the event that you find a competitor with a lower price, we reserve the right to match the price.
Kids N Cribs will verify the following prior to any price match:
* Items must be exact and be in brand new condition. Returned items for sale, open-box specials, etc will not be accepted.
* Items to be matched must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of price verification.
* Additional charges such as handling, shipping, oversize, and any others hidden charges will be added to the price being matched.
We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time. Price Match Gurantee only good on new purchases.
Special Orders [top]
Bedding, Personalized Items, and other Items marked as being shipped directly from the manufacturer are considered special orders and not returnable. Since these items are not stocked and ordered especially for you, we cannot allow them to be returned for any reason. Damaged or Defective Special Orders will still be handled as outlined above.
Refusal of Delivery [top]
If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to Kids N Cribs and any other charges that occur during the delivery process. Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non refundable.

Purchases are covered with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
To make a return at Kids N Cribs, please follow these steps:
1. Email info@kids-n-cribs.com with the following:
(1) Your first & last name
(2) Your original order number
(3) Item number or product name
(4) Reason for Return.
2. Properly package up your item(s) for safe shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service where you can track and/or insure your order to ensure proper return delivery. kids-n-cribs.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Please allow us up to 10 business days once we have received your return to process and issue your refund. All refunds will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping charges and other surcharges will only be refunded if your product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

Please Note: Due to their size, FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT apply to oversize items such as Cribs and Dressers unless marked. Please see our Furniture Delivery Policy for more details.
Kids N Cribs offers FREE SHIPPING on standard orders over $150 (excludes furniture unless otherwise noted).
Standard Orders under $150 will be charged shipping based on the following table:

Standard shipments will be sent via UPS Ground Service. Expedited shipping is available, but at additional costs.
Kids N Cribs has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International
customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and click the "International Checkout" button.
Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or
bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order
is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
Nationwide Furniture Delivery Policy
Due to the size and weight of many of the cribs, dressers,and other case pieces that we offer, they cannot be shipped via traditional UPS Ground Service. We work with over 100 nationwide freight carriers to offer our customers very competitive freight quotes.

ALL furniture shipments are thoroghly inspected prior to shipping. For added protection, all shipments are shrink wrapped and secured to a pallet to prevent handling damage. Once your order has shipped, you'll be given a shipment tracking number and an estimated delivery date for your shipment. All delivery dates are ESTIMATES only. Freight shipments are subject to delays do to weather, traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances. Most freight shipments are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the distance from our warehouse facility in California. For added convenience, the freight carrier will call 24hrs in advance to setup an appointment for delivery.
Once the delivery appointment has been made, please note the following delivery instructions:
- ALL shipments are delivered to Curbside / Driveway Only. Inside White Glove Delivery is not included
- Please make sure someone is there who can receive the shipment. The furntiure items will be secured to a pallet and are heavy and oversized. There should be at least One able person present at time of delivery who can bring the furniture off the pallet and into the garage or home.
- Prior to accepting the shipment, please inspect all boxes to be sure there are no CUTS, DINGS, GASHES, or other obvious signs of damage to the shipment. Additionally, the items should be still secured to the pallet at time of shipment. If this is not the case, please note this on the Bill of Lading before signing. Also, all noticeable damage to the items should be noted on the bill of lading before accepting.
- We must be notified via phone of ALL damages within 3 business days.
Local Delivery Policy
Kids N Cribs offers an in house white glove delivery service for customers within 100 miles of our Bay Area Location. Please contact us for rates. For added convenience, we offer a standard drop off service or a full white glove service where we will deliver and install your new furniture. Additionally, we will take all boxes and packaging with us.

Most orders are processed and ship within 24hrs of ordering, but please allow up to 2 days to completely process and ship. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order.
We ship to locations in the contiguous U.S. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses. We will cancel orders that have shipping addresses outside the contiguous U.S.
Please provide a street address for shipping purposes, FEDEX will not ship to PO Boxes.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays which are out of our control. These include weather delays, natural disasters, etc.

Cancellation Policy [top]
In the event that you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department immediately at info@kids-n-cribs.com. If your order is still in processing and hasn't shipped, we'll promptly cancel the order and fully refund your credit card. You may still cancel the order after it has been shipped, but any shipping charges paid at time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders offered with Free Shipping will have the actual shipping charge deducted from the refund amount. Special Orders must be canceled prior to shipping from the manufacturer. Special Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

Kids N Cribs is an authorized retailer for all products offered on our site. Therefore, all products are covered by the complete manufacturer warranty. Please consult your product documentation for the warranty details and requirements.
